Quenched - come seasoned for you with non-GMO rice bran oil, so you can get straight to cooking as soon as your Pizza Pans arrive! Seasoned iron is also the only known natural non-stick, allowing you to achieve great non-stick pizza-making results without the need for toxic synthetic coatings.
The solid base provides even contact across the entirety of your pizza, trapping in moisture and resulting in a more doughy, chewier crust – best for thicker pizza bases.
Design features two specially-designed handles that are more lifted than most other pizza trays, with a heart and Australia map cut-out on either side. This allows you to easily grab it from your oven, BBQ or campfire (with oven mitts!) and carry it straight to the table.
Handles also feature holes that can be used with a pizza rod for easy moving in and out of a large oven.

However, Quenched™ is not a synthetic coating, it is still natural, real seasoning - the initial oven seasoning forms a strong foundation, so you can get cooking straight away! But, please note, that you may still need to or choose to do a little stovetop seasoning for a superior non-stick surface, or let it build naturally through cooking.
As this is still real seasoning on iron pans, acidic foods and detergents can still erode the seasoning. But no big deal, it's always fixable with a little touch up to the seasoning, or just keep cooking. Solidteknics pans are made to be workhorses, not beauty queens.
